• What is a Pet Planner?

A pet planner works as a health record book.

• How often do I need to repurchase a Pet Planner?

Our planners were designed with enough space to follow your pet for life. From puppy to senior, you will only ever need one planner.

Note: if your pet has a health condition that requires a more extensive care routine, you might run out of space to log vet visits and medications. In this case, you might need to purchase another planner after a few years.

• Can I personalize the cover of my Pet Planner?

Yes! You can add your pet's name or initials to the front cover.

Please note we cannot change fonts and colours at this point.

• I have more than one pet. Can I use one planner for multiple pets?

Our planners have been designed with one-pet-per-planner in mind. If you use them for multiple pets, you might run out of space to log health records for all pets.

• What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released and that will be shipped at a later date.

• What is the deadline for pre-orders?

We are accepting pre-orders until December 20th 2021 when production deadline hits.

After this deadline, new orders will be put on a waiting list until further notice.

• When will I receive my pre-order?

We will start to ship pre-orders to our customers on January 10th 2022.

• What is the advantage to pre-order my Pet Planner?

Pre-orders get 15% off and free shipping until Dec 20th 2021.

• Can I cancel my order?

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at support@newwoof.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you!

If you order has been fulfilled, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive and then file a refund request.

• Can I refuse my shipment?

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to New Woof. This amount is dependent on your country.

If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at support@newwoof.com before your order is shipped.

• Where can I find my order number?

With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.

• How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!
