- What information can I log on the record book?
You can log most information regarding your pet's health, such as allergies, vaccination schedule, health treatments, medical exams, vet visits, weight history and more.
- How often do I need to repurchase a Pet Planner?
Our record books were designed with enough space to follow your pet for life. From puppy to senior, you will only ever need one record book.
Note: if your pet has a health condition that requires a more extensive care routine, you might run out of space to log vet visits and medications. In this case, you might need to purchase another records book after a few years.
- I have more than one pet. Can I use one planner for multiple pets?
Our planners have been designed with one-pet-per-planner in mind. If you use them for multiple pets, you might run out of space to log health records for all pets.
- Can I cancel my order?
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at info@newwoof.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you!
If you order has been fulfilled, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive and then file a refund request.
- Can I refuse my shipment?
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to New Woof. This amount is dependent on your country.
If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at info@newwoof.com before your order is shipped.
- Where can I find my order number?
With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.
- How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!
- May I get credit for referring others who make a purchase? Do you have an affiliate program?

- Can I test my record book and return it if I don't liked it?
Unfortunately, we can not process returns if the product has been written in or used. However, you may return your unused items.
