Handling & Shipping Orders
Orders are handled and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Email notification
When you place your order you will be notified with your order confirmation within 20 minutes. If you did not receive an order confirmation please email us, info@newwoof.com.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a second email with your shipping notification via email provided.
Estimated Delivery
Canadian orders
We send all parcels with tracking via Stallion Express. Shipping in Canada is 8 CAD and free for orders over 100 CAD.
Please allow one to three weeks for delivery.
USA orders
We send all parcels with tracking via Stallion Express. Shipping to the US is 12 CAD and free for orders over 100 CAD.
Please allow one to three weeks for delivery.
International orders
Delivery times depend on multiple factors, including destination and courier service.
Because of COVID-19, please allow up to 1-2 months for your delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note that any customs or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure that you double check your shipping address when placing your order. If an error is made in the shipping address and the parcel is sent back to us, additional shipping charges will be incurred.

Damaged items
If your item is damaged upon arrival, or there is another issue with your order, please immediately take pictures and/or a video, and send it to info@newwoof.com along with your name, order number, and a brief summary of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible to coordinate next steps.
